Erin is an accomplished senior leader with a passion for building teams, developing direct reports, and launching new projects. Erin has seen success in both high-growth start-ups as well as established Fortune 50 environments. She spent 13 years at Dell and then transitioned 5 years ago to SaaS companies, HealthStream and now, Eventbrite. Her 18-year career has spanned across diverse experiences leading sales, operations, project management, and analytics teams with a specialty in new team startups and sales transformation efforts. Erin is currently the Site General Manager for Eventbrite Nashville. The Nashville office employs around 200 "Britelings" across many departments including engineering, sales, customer service, strategy, HR, and finance and has earned Nashville's Best Place to Work Award in 2018.  Erin’s success stems from her passion for developing people, her positivity, and her competitive spirit to win. Erin graduated with her BA from the University of Michigan and MBA from Vanderbilt and has served as a board member for the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee. She has been married to her husband, Jason Tomlinson, for 14 years and has two beautiful sons, Luke and Wyatt.
