Charlie is the Nashville Site Director & Sr. Director of Customer Success & Inside Sales for ServiceSource International.  Prior to ServiceSource, he was the Site Director for Dell Nashville & was responsible for the Dell Inc North America Printer business.  Charlie moved from SC to Nashville in 2001 & recorded & toured professionally with his band, The Biscuit Boys.  He has a degree in Philosophy from the College of Charleston.  Charlie serves as Board President for JDRF Middle TN also serves on the Nashville Public Television board as the Programming Chair.  He is married to Jen & they have two children, Duncan (T1D) & Lila.
